Every Athlete’s Dream Destination

Every Athlete begins somewhere, you may not even consider yourself an athlete by the time you began, but it doesn’t matter where or when you started, because you started for a reason, a reason to achieve, to pursue something, a personal goal, or to work on your mental strength. But, that is where we see the dream destination, it is inside of you, inside of everybody, all the way from the Fans to the Players to the supportive family members.

Some Believe it is impossible; to be there, we always see the best of the best athletes in our screens, competing for golden medals. It is one thing to see the people, but it is another to be there, all those years of hard work, many and many wins and losses, all throughout the sweat that fell to the ground and discipline that you embraced, Some had support, but some had to deal with injuries and neglect from their families. But after all of that, they got to where they wanted, to the flashing lights in their faces, the cheering sounds and most off all their chance to shine.

This is the Dream destination for an athlete, to be at the top, to make history and for his name to be remembered. For some, the good part is seeing how much they evolved as a person overtime to get where they got, and the self disciplination to wake up early and to sleep early. For Example, Bud Crawford, a Boxer who fought against one of the boxing legends, Canelo Alvaréz, on the weekend of the 13/09 and won his match, Bud fought a division above, with a bigger and stronger boxer, and when he was young, his mother never believed in him, she used to pay people to fight against him and try to beat him, so that she could prove him that he was not worthy, but in the end, all she could do was be quiet and watch her son take over the current boxing world.

In the end, what matters is if you challenged yourself to overcome things that you never though you were able to, and that for you, your dream destination may be to be called to a game, even if you sit there in the bench, just watching, you are always one step closer to becoming the person you never though you could, and reaching your dream destination.
