A few years ago, after school in the small playground beside the football field, I found something strange in the corner, hidden in the trees. I was in doubt at first (and had nothing to do) so I went to get a closer look. It was flickering a forest-green color, and as I got closer it started to keep its color for longer, then I was able to lightly make out the general shape of it. Although it looked much like a human child, its structure and color were a bit off. It was wearing a dirty ripped rag which covered the main part of its body, but its green arms, legs, and face stuck out. It had layers of sharp teeth inside its humongous hungry mouth along with immensely terrifying eye (yes, its ONE eye!) and to top it all off, a menacing look of destruction. Despite that, I didn’t feel threatened, and it looked hungry, so I felt pity for this strange creature.
I discreetly took it home and hid it in the closet of my bedroom. One it had a good meal it started flickering again and became invisible, except for the ripped rag! I figured that it must have been very weak and didn’t have enough energy to make itself invisible. No one will find out, right? Every day, when I came home from school, I would feed it burgers and junk food. It made very strange noises but over time I began to communicate with it. It started becoming more open to me and after a month it even let me pet it. We became best friends. Initially, I was still a little confused as to where it came from and what species it belonged to. However, I did some research at the library and based on the facts, I concluded it was a female invisible alien! When I came home, I named it Sabrina as she reminded me of Saturn. Fortunately, no one ever thought I was suspicious so that was that.
When I moved homes, I took Sabrina with me, and we were inseparable. This went on for several years. After school and university, I had a number to jobs but finally I got a job as a talk show host (who interviewed celebrities), and I decided Sabrina would finally be able to get noticed! Tell the world there ARE aliens out there! It took a long time, but finally, I convinced her to go on set with me. It would not be live, but just a recording so Sabrina could change her speech and do it again if she liked. When we finished recording, I sent the video for editing so it could be ready and posted the next morning. However, that very evening, the camera it was recorded on went missing! And so did Sabrina! I went to speak with the editors, my manager, my secretary, the filming crew, I even checked the camera footage! No sign of Sabrina and everyone had forgotten her, except me.
Although no one believes me, I had a best friend who was an alien! This is a drawing of Sabrina and in case you see her around please let me know- I need an exclusive interview with her for my talk show!
