Form 2 Tackle Bullying

As you may know, we live in a society where people are extremely judgmental, and this sometimes can surpass limits and cause bullying; a growing issue in our current planet. We created this project to emphasize how bullying is very powerful and the different ways it effects people. With the help of three “specialists” we discussed the different types of bullying and the intensity of their impacts. We then discussed how the victim should act upon the problem, and how it should not be ignored.

In my opinion this activity was great, and made the whole group reflect on their past actions and how they should improve. Carrying out this unique project, made us understand what bullying really is and how seriously it should be treated seriously. Other classes should produce a similar project, as during PSHE we learn the basic of bullying, and by doing this project we could see how bullying is extremely severe and it makes us realize that we should be attentive. Furthermore, we should also be careful in making sure that we understand what is considered as bullying, not to mix up teasing/banter and bullying. 

The combination between an enjoyable and a serious activity made it extremely admirable and this project should certainly be repeated.
