Meet the Prefects
What was the most stressful part of the Prefect application process and why?
The interview was long and strenuous. It required us to quickly respond to many questions regarding the motives for why we wished to become prefects, including some creative questions which were unpredictable and challenging.
Why did you want to be a prefect?
My passion towards the Arts both inside and outside school has greatly contributed towards my enthusiasm in applying for a position. I find that many skills attained through them can be applied into other areas of the school by providing innovative solutions and creative approaches to various matters regarding the improvement of the school’s learning environment.
What was the hardest question they asked you in your interview?
If you were a bicycle, what part of it would you be, and how would this contribute to you being a prefect?

What is one thing you want to change in school?
Promote the Arts inside school by displaying pupils work to be cherished by the school community.
Incentivize pupils to produce sustainable art through the recycling of used materials that can be given a new life.
Any advice for prospective prefects?
Take as many opportunities that the school has to offer.
Be constantly hardworking and dedicated towards your school work
Have a good relationship with your peers and teachers
All of these contribute towards your application, so the earlier you begin to apply these, the higher are your chances to become a prefect.
