SPHSL Football Girls

​The girls made a great start to the football season this year with the SPHSL tournament. They have had 2 victories, 2 draws and 3 losses. Therefore, they are still able to qualify for the semi-final and, hopefully, the final! The team has been playing consistently well against super strong teams and fighting to pass on to the next stage of the tournament. If they manage to win the next game against PACA they are already qualified for the semi-final at EAC. The other teams participating in the SPHSL tournament are also incredibly skilled, especially Graded who is leading the championship and have already guaranteed the final in their school. The EAC Giants also have a very talented team and have already secured their place for the semi-final which will be held at EAC. Furthermore, the three remaining teams; St. Paul's, PACA and Chapel are battling to move on to the semi-final against the Giants. So we encourage all of you to come and support our Lions on Tuesday 16th of October and cheer them on so that they pass onto the next round of the SPHSL tournament!
