Bullguer review

​Tasty, fresh and cheap. These three words describe the best burger restaurant in Sao Paulo, Bullguer, in a nutshell. Bullguer franchises can be found in seven different locations, with the most popular locals being Vila Nova Conceicao and Villa Madalena.The atmosphere is trendy and modern, aiming to serve gourmet burgers in a sophisticated and relaxed setting.

Bullguer offers several “A la Carte” options of hamburgers for all meat lovers out there! If you are not really a fan, Bullguer offers delicious hot dogs to choose from as well. My favourite is the standard burger and I always accompany it with the famous Paprika Fries which combine a spicy touch with a delicious consistency.

Bullguer uses the Smash Burger technique, which is very common in the United States. The meat is smashed by a spatula at a roaring temperature grill, which caramelizes it, resulting in a juicy and tasty meal. The highly regarded magazine Veja reviewed Bullguer as “Good and Cheap” in 2015.

Bullguer’s busiest hours at  Villa Nova Conceição are from 1:30-2:30 PM and 8-9:30 PM, as these are the peak times for teens and families going out to grab a bite. However, there are many tables to choose from so I do not think that waiting hours will be long. Also, the waiters aim to promote a quick and effective customer service. If found convenient the app Styme will allow you to put your place on the line, but there are costs apart included for this.

In my opinion, Bullguer is the best hamburger option because of the juicy burgers and tasty fries. The meal is cheap, considering the top-quality meat that Bullguer offers. Because of this, Bullguer is a must!
