Chi Fu restaurant is where heaven meets earth. Its dynamic Asian fusion will make your mouth water. It's located in the heart of the Asian community in Sao Paulo, Liberdade. With its striking golden letters on the entrance, I doubt you'll miss it.

As you enter you are greeted with a welcoming smile. It brought back pleasant memories from when I travelled to China. The gold wall paper of ancient will captivate your attention for sure. The 10 seater round wooden tables provide an excellent opportunity to interact with a melting pot of cultures that come to experience the authentic cuisine. The presence of the elderly Chinese community validates the authenticity and the quality of Chi Fu restaurant.

The sweet and sour fusion is accompanied by the aesthetically pleasing look of the dish as well as the aromatic flavours that send a sensation of a heart-warming experience. The prawn filled wontons accompanied a house special soy sauce are simply delicious. The garden-fresh greens are glazed with a flavoursome sauce.  Eating with chopsticks is an art form in itself. The freshly squeezed watermelon or orange juice is needed to quench your thirst after the hearty meal.  Complementary in-season fruits are given after every meal. There is always more than enough to take home.

The waiters are at your service throughout the meal and will gladly pack the extra food in parcel to take home. Unfortunately, they only accept cash. Keep in mind you are getting genuine Chinese cuisine at a reasonable price. To our surprise, we were treated with a vibrant display of colour and music outside Chi Fu restaurant because of the Chinese New Year. Overall, the restaurant exceeded my expectations and more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chi Fu restaurant if you're searching for a genuine Chinese cuisine.
