How the Grinch stole Christmas is a movie based on a novel by Dr. Seuss. This film tells us a tale about a town called Whoville that loves celebrating Christmas. The people (also called the “Whos”) buy many presents for their family and friends and they love decorating their houses. Nonetheless, there is a Christmas-hating Grinch that lives on a mountain near Whoville and he tries to steal Christmas from the Whos. He does this by dressing up as Santa Claus and taking all their presents and decorations. The movie continues telling us about the past of the Grinch and the real reason why Christmas is his least favorite holiday.
This movie is great if you enjoy the theme of Christmas and the Fantasy genre. It is mostly aimed towards young children, as the features of the characters almost seem animated.
