IT sushi review

I know you have probably heard it before but, honestly, this restaurant is a must! There are several different plates, each of them crafted in an aesthetically pleasing way, perfect for people like me who love to take photos of everything they eat. Not only is it beautifully presented, but it tastes heavenly too.

This restaurant offers “Rodizio”, meaning there is unlimited food offered for a fixed price. My favourite option on the menu is the salmon carpaccio, followed by the combination of hot rolls!

The variety of fish is astounding, including octopus and white fish, although people generally go for the mainstream salmon. For all of you vegetarians or fish haters out there, IT also offers a special menu which replaces typical fish with steamed vegetables.

IT sushi is one of the few rodizio’s that opens on Sundays, making it the place to go for sunday lunch or dinner. The busiest day is Friday, although the service is always fast and efficient and there is very little, if any, waiting time for tables. This is one of the best restaurants of its kind in Sao Paulo, as it combines the classy-gourmet side of Japanese food with top quality fish and ingredients, and I recommend that you eat there if you’re in the mood for delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere.
