What Are Core Memories: A Brief Introduction

St Paul's is said to have pupils with long-lasting friendships and carry memorable memories of the school. 

There is a quote from Daniela Waitely that illustrates this, it says: "A good life is a collection of happy memories". This quote is so simple yet so interesting. 

We only acknowledge our good memories, our core memories, by going through hard times as we are now. If we only live a happy life full of good things, how will we appreciate what we have? We can only learn how to tell the difference between them by knowing both sides of it. 

The misunderstood difference between a good memory and a core memory is big. Core memories, moments that build and shape our personality, are our mind's roots. They are what make us, us. Our core memories are unforgettable, they are memorable, major: they are us.
