Rating: 3/5 Distance from school: 1 minute For students in the sixth form attempting to avoid fish and scrambled eggs for lunch, Z deli is an easy, and relatively inexpensive, place to grab something to eat. Offering a wide array of food in the form of a buffet, you can eat anything from salad and chicken to fish and pasta. You can accompany your meal with fresh fruit juice, my favorite being watermelon juice, or an assortment of different soft drinks. Furthermore, it offers a special deal for St Paul’s students, meaning you don’t have to break the bank to enjoy a nice, filling meal. My personal favorite is the potato ravioli, with a filet of chicken a la milanesa. For students craving something sweet to eat, Z deli also has a range of desserts, served in heaping, generous portions, perfect to share between friends. The best dessert is definitely the moist lemon pie, followed closely by the intense chocolate cake. However, while it offers much in variety, the food may have lost some of the quality compared to other nearby restaurants. Nevertheless, don't let this put you off trying Z-Deli!
