Surrounds my inner conscience Its breath beseiging My shivering corpse Slow as it might seem It slithers through us all Infesting our body Blackening us whole Unknown thought to be Not for long though Its arresting eyes Abduct everyone's soul On earth its manifestations the cause of our suffering Infected by fear Rediscovered by its call Souless it might seem familiar at sight the iceberg is unknown Uncharted land Columbus tried his best Its concealed images Keeps us wondering about the rest Weaknesses there are Few although Its greatest foe It was defeated by many Mandela is a clue Lets fight it together Inside it can"t hide Show it who you are Being the real you Fear can be overcome Entice it with your heart Fear is natural Fear is in us all |
