For most of us, quarantine has been extremely boring and restrictive. Going to the mall, hanging out with friends and going for a quick jog at the park has suddenly become life threatening. A few months ago, these activities were part of our routine and despite not appreciated enough, they were enjoyable and entertaining. Due to this unexpected change of reality, people have been searching for alternative forms of amusement which do not involve unnecessary exposure. Online shopping is a prime example of this.
In Brazil, there is a much smaller range of online clothing store options in comparison to other countries such as the USA. In addition, many stores are outdated, overpriced and unreliable. However, with first-hand experience, I was able to selectively pick a few of the best online clothing stores for you.
1) ZARA
We all know and love Zara. From the plain white t-shirt to the puffed sleeved dress, Zara has it all.  Despite people usually opting to buy clothes at Zara in person, its online version has grown in popularity during these past few months. One of the huge benefits of shopping online at Zara is that many pieces that you cannot find in store are available online. Also, shipping is very quick and usually only takes 2-3 business days. The website itself is neatly laid out, dividing clothes from accessories and past season sale items from new collections.

2) OQVESTIR
OQVESTIR has everything you wish for and more. This online store carries over 250 exclusive, female fashion brands. John John, Le Lis Blanc and Adidas are just a few examples of high quality, fashionable brands that you can buy from the website. Even though these brands have a higher price point, the website carries various past season items which are significantly discounted. On top of that, you will receive a 10% discount for your first purchase.

3) LOJA TRES
Loja tres is a smaller clothing business which leans towards the minimalistic side of fashion. Its pieces tend to be more neutral but remain unique by incorporating a different cut such as an open back. Moreover, all items are reasonably priced and range from 30 to 200 reais. Sales happen very frequently, and new items come in every week. Occasionally, there will be this huge flash sales where many items are up to 70% off.

4) LUNASTREETWEAR
Lunasteertwear has recently become one of my favourite websites to shop at. Despite not being as well known as the previous stores mentioned, it is worth checking it out. All pieces are impeccably designed, prioritizing comfort, fit and style all at once. The brand follows a more feminine style as most of Luna’s clothes follow a pastel colour scheme and include delicate designs. Despite being more on the pricier side, the quality of the clothing is immaculate.

5) MUNDO LOLITA
If you are in the search for basics, Mundo Lolita has got you covered. The brand resembles a lot American clothing stores, following trends such as tie-dye and baggy jeans. Also, the website carries many closet essentials such as plain crop tops, black night dresses and bodysuits. Moreover, prices are very reasonable and fair for the quality that you are getting.
