Meryl Streep
Mary Louise Streep has been on the big screen for quite some time, and participated in all kinds of movies, from musicals to exceptionally emotional movies. The first big movie she was a part of was “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?”, but her acting career really hit it off in the release of “The French Lieutenant’s Woman”, where she played a leading role. After that, the public has seen her throughout the years in several cinematic masterpieces, such as “Sophie’s Choice”. With 72 years, Meryl has never slowed down and is currently working on the comedy-drama “Let Them All Talk”. I think it is safe to say that we’re all thrilled to see her new movie.

Madonna
Madonna has released several hits throughout her career, including “Material Girl” and “Like a Virgin”. To this day, her songs have been a reference point for her era and her name has can be recognized wherever you go. A few years ago, Madonna moved to Lisbon, Portugal, where she continues to write more contemporary songs. She has won several awards, such as MTVs, Grammys and Golden Globe.

Tom Cruise
You may know him as Ethan Hunt or Maverick, either way, there is no denying that Tom Cruise is a legendary actor. Although his first participation in the big screen was in the movie “Endless Love”, his breakthrough role was in the movie “Risky Business”, which got him nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. Another big role film was “Top Gun”, which further immersed in the world of cinema. Cruise also took part in the series of Mission Impossible, which turned out to be a huge success, and he is currently working on MI:8, to be released in 2023.

The Rippingtons
The Rippingtons are a contemporary jazz group that plays variations of the genre. The sextet is led by Russ Freeman. They started in 1986 and their name came from Freeman hearing his friends playing and “they were ripping”, so he thought Rippingtons was appropriate. Towards the end of the 80’s they started getting popular, hitting #1 in the billboards with their band’s CD. Although some members left through the years, the band itself is still together. They are actually still performing, though due to the pandemic their last show was in 2020.

Harrison Ford
Harrison Ford is one of the actors that peaked during the ’80s and his name ended up being seen in various top movies. His career lifted off with the role of Han Solo in the Star Wars series. As his acting was noticed, he was later cast in the series of Indiana Jones, with the leading role. With that, he participated in minor roles as the years went by, yet he is part of the new Indiana Jones 5, at 79 years of age, clearly years away from retiring.
