Adele - Someone Like You (Official Music Video)
“Someone like you” is a song written by Adele. It was one of the first hit songs the singer released. Now with more than a billion and a half views on YouTube, it’s a very slow tempo and heart-wrenching song. Little 7-year-old me had never experience heartbreak, but this song seemed to emulate what I imagined it felt like.
3. Gotye- Somebody that I used to know.
Gotye - Somebody That I Used To Know (feat. Kimbra) - official music video
“Somebody that I used to know” is an upbeat song about heartbreak by Gotye. From all the songs Gotye has released, this one was without doubt his biggest hit. Funnily enough, after releasing this song Gotye wasn’t heard from much, which makes the title of the song very fitting in relation to the artist's career.

10. LMFAO- Party tock anthem.
LMFAO ft. Lauren Bennett, GoonRock - Party Rock Anthem (Official Video)
I think the song title speaks for itself, a party didn’t start in 2010 until this song played. “Party Rock Anthem” could get anyone to go on the dancefloor. It was absurdly addicting, and still is to this day. I just can’t help but stand up and dance when it starts to play.
