Here are my top picks for sushi delivery in SP. For all restaurants that I'm going to be mentioning, the sushi came in excellent conditions both in terms of quality and presentation.

1) Ryo gastronima
If you are in the mood for authentic Japanese cuisine, Ryo is the place to order from. Ryo is a two-star Michelin restaurant that offers three different boxes for you to choose from (all serve for one person only). One of the boxes, my personal favourite, is the Tokujo box. Inside, you will find a wide selection of fresh fish chosen by the chef, a variety of 9 pieces of sushi, 1 tamagoyaki and 1 tekka-maki. However, something to keep in mind is that the prices are on the higher end of the spectrum.

2) Kosho
Kosho offers a modern twist to Japanese cuisine. The menu offers a bit of everything, from the traditional salmon uramaki to lobster sashimi. For a starter, my top choice would be the crab tarter that comes with a side of algae. Kosho has recently extended its sushi options and now offers 5 distinct boxes. Some boxes serve up to 2 people, while others serve up to 4. Also, prices are fair for the quality that you are getting.

3) Nagayama
Nagayama is a family favourite. Before quarantine, many of us were out with our family and friends enjoying sushi at Nagayama. Now, Nagayama is open to delivery and offers mostly everything that is served in the restaurant. My go to order is the crispy salmon skin uramaki and seared salmon nigiri. If you are the type of person that loves trying new flavours and never knows what to order, I recommend ordering one of the combos.

4) Kitchin
During these times, I've found myself constantly ordering sushi from Kitchin. Every time I order from Kitchin, its quality never fails to impress my whole family and me. Our favourites include the uramaki ebiten especial and the truffled salmon belly carpaccio. If you are in the mood for a traditional, flavourful and yet filling Japanese dish, I would recommend ordering the tirash.
